二、事项描述

符合城乡居民基本医疗保险参保条件的个人向医疗保障经办机构申请办理城乡居民参保登记。

个人出现国家规定的停止享受医保待遇的情形后，待遇享受人员或者其亲属应当自相关情形发生之日起20个工作日内告知医疗保障经办机构。

城乡居民参保登记包括居民新增、中止、终止、恢复参保业务的登记。

三、办理渠道

1.线上办理：国家医保服务平台APP、江西医保网上服务大厅（https://ggfw.ybj.jiangxi.gov.cn）、江西智慧医保APP、赣服通--医保专区等；

2.现场办理：医保服务大厅、便民服务中心、便民服务站。

四、办理流程

1.线上办理：

（1）申请人通过线上办理渠道填写相关信息，上传材料电子版，并提交至医疗保障经办机构受理（大中院校在校学生由学校/院统一汇总申报）；

（2）医疗保障经办机构受理审核后，申请人通过线上渠道查询办理结果。

2.现场办理：

（1）申请人向医疗保障经办机构提交办理材料（大中院校在校学生由学校/院统一汇总申报）；

（2）医疗保障经办机构受理审核，并反馈办理结果。

五、办理材料

医保电子凭证或有效身份证件（有效身份证件包括身份证、社会保障卡、居住证、户口簿、护照、港澳居民来往内地通行证、港澳台居民居住证、外国人永久居留证等）。

即时办结。

II. Item Description

Individuals who meet the eligibility criteria for urban and rural residents' basic medical insurance shall apply to the medical security agencies for registration of medical insurance participation.

In the event that an individual encounters circumstances stipulated by the state to cease enjoying medical insurance benefits, the beneficiary or their relatives shall notify the medical security agency within 20 working days from the occurrence of such circumstances.

Registration for urban and rural residents' medical insurance participation includes registration for new participation, suspension, termination, and resumption of insurance coverage.

III. Application Channels

Online Application: National Medical Insurance Service Platform APP, Jiangxi Medical Insurance Online Service Hall (https://ggfw.ybj.jiangxi.gov.cn), Jiangxi Smart Medical Insurance APP, Ganfutong—Medical Insurance Zone, etc.;

On-Site Application: Medical Insurance Service Halls, Convenience Service Centers, and Convenience Service Stations.

IV. Application Procedures

1.Online Application:

(1) The applicant fills in relevant information through online channels, uploads electronic copies of documents, and submits the application to the medical security agency for acceptance (college students shall be uniformly compiled and applied by their schools/colleges);

(2) After the medical security agency accepts and reviews the application, the applicant can query the processing result through online channels.

2.Offline Application:

Handled at Windows 9-10, 1st Floor Hall, Zhushan District Administrative Service Center.

V. Required Documents

Medical insurance e-certificate or valid identification documents (valid identification includes ID card, social security card, residence permit, household register, passport, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents, Residence Permit for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Residents, Foreigner Permanent Residence Permit, etc.).
